Location

Price to quality ration does not fit at all! We booked a private room with shared bathroom. We saw that our sheets had not been changed, which was done right away upon request. Also the shared bathroom and showers were apparently not clened during our 2 night stay. The pool was always in the shade and full of chloride so it burned on the skin. There are much nicer hotels and hostels at much lower rates in the area.

There is no storage place in the rooms where you can put your stuff. breakfast needs to ne eaten at the pool, without table. when every chair is full you even have to eat standing. Party hostel . you can't control the air con

Great location, hostel was very social, staff were friendly.

Great location, hostel was very social, staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, had toast, eggs, fruit and coffee! Although it says on booking.com that you have to check in between certain hours, it’s not correct. There is a 24hour reception there!! Overall I am planning to stay back there when I am back in Cartagena We also went to stay at playa Blanca beach for a few days and they were happy to keep our bags on site! Always a bonus!!

Location, staff, breakfast, AC in rooms

Too small rooms with no windows, WiFi not reaching all the rooms, everything is too packed, music is often too loud, it’s a sort of party hostel. If you want to rest, this is not your place.

Great value for money at a good location!

Location is close to the center and La Trinidad. Staff are helpful. Clean hostel with enough shared bathroom for dormitories. The bunk beds are sturdy with individual sockets and lockers. Comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. Kitchen is available for use. Indoor pool is a nice treat as well. There’s a bar and event every night. You can leave luggage at the reception. Tours can be booked at the hostel.

Breakfast is good but if you need to leave early, you can only have cereals and coffee. Even if the breakfast was ready (bread and eggs), they didn’t allow me to eat because it was not 8am yet. I don’t get it. Hehe.

This hostel is very nice.

This hostel is very nice. It’s in a great location and the staff are very friendly. I had a lovely chat with the young Barman one night - he was trying to help me learn a bit of Spanish. The breakfast is excellent & it’s fantastic to have the pool.

I did however think the room was quite cramped and the top bunks were very high - more rails / better steps are needed for these. Everything else good!

Great location, friendly staffs!

Great location, friendly staffs! I never tried the breakfast but it looked good!

The room had unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning was on during the whole night so it was a bit cold. Eventually got a cold at the end of my trip.

Great, fairly new hostel in super location in the beautiful...

Great, fairly new hostel in super location in the beautiful Getsemani, just 5min walking distance to Plaza Trinidad and with a great view on the bay and Bocagrande. The staff is super nice, the kitchen spacious and well equipped, the bunk beds comfy. Breakfast comes with good coffee, fruits, juice. There are parties in this hostel but I did not perceive it as a party hostel. However, you should bring ear plugs if you‘re sensitive to noise, especially if your room is above the bar.

Avoid room no. 2 - it smells super mouldy and requires refurbishment. Washing is quite expensive and my clothes were not really clean afterwards (just smelled nice) - rather go to greenhouse hostel 3min away for better value for money on the washing.

Brilliant, staff were great

Great location close to all things in Cartagena. The breakfast is good & plenty of places to eat and sit. The bar is nice with some games in the evening. The staff were great. Clara, Sandra, Wendy, Shely, Yexemina were great & so friendly. they gave us spanish lessons, were always smiling even on the night shift & super helpful with things to do in the city & transport out of the city.

Wifi could have been a bit better but it didn't hinder our stay

It is a nice hostel in a good location. Was just not a very comfortable one.

Good location, pool was nice.

The beds were covered in plastic and it made them quite uncomfortable and the sheets slid off the beds. No air conditioning during the day and when it was turned on at night time it was set to quite a high temperature. The one day we tried to get breakfast they had run out of coffee and fruit... only had cereal available. We didn't bother the next day.
